CALLING PROSPECTIVE FOOD VENDORS!

 

We are accepting applications for food vendors.  If you have a food truck/trailer or other business and would like to participate and have any questions, please contact  us at 513-403-2729 or email Lindsay Marlar.

You can either mail your vendor application with fee using the Registration Form or fill out our online application and pay your application fee online (4% convenience fee charged).

 

This agreement is between food truck vendor and Holy Family Parish (“HFP”) for Family Fun Fest 2025.

 

Vendor Will:

-Pay a fee of $50 for the right to be one of the food trucks featured at HFP’s Family Fun Fest event.

-Donate 50% of their net profits back to HFP.

-Provide a quality food truck and food product that is staffed by clean, courteous, and professional personnel.

-Vendor will be present and fully operational at the event on the date(s) indicated above.

-Vendor will be provided a space from which to sell your goods from your food truck.

-Vendor is responsible to secure all required permits and licenses.

-All food vendors must provide Product Liability Insurance for sale or distribution of any products (i.e., food, beverages, etc.) at the event. Each vendor (an entity in the business of making profit) must provide a certificate of insurance which provides for $1,000,000 Products Liability Insurance and must name the HFP and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (“AOC”) as an Additional Insureds.

-Vendors must follow all rules set forth in the “Guidelines for Temporary Events” and/or all other Ohio Rules and are soley responsible for meeting all requirements.

-Vendor agrees to hold HFP harmess and accepts all liability from the presentation and sale of their food product(s) at Family Fun Fest 2025.
